This 3.5-in paring knife features a curved handle for a molded grip. Excellent for peeling vegetables and slicing citrus.
The Global edge is ground straight to a point rather than beveled resulting in a dramatically sharper knife which keeps its edge longer. This combined with the Cromova 18 Stainless Steel mean that Global’s edge is going to stay sharper for longer. To counter balance the blade Global uses a hollow handle which is then filled with sand to create a perfect flow between your arm and the blade.
