Wusthof Classic - The most traditional of all the Wusthof knife designs, the Classic series is also the most popular. They are hand-forged blades made from optimum quantities of high- carbon steel, plus stain-resistant alloy. The edge has precise tapering from grinding and polishing procedure. Weighted bolster for balance; full tang secured with three rivets. Dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended. Made in Germany.
