The Grand Prix II series has the same blade as other Wusthof knives, but offers an alternative handle choice. They have hand-forged blades made from optimum quantities of high-carbon steel, plus stain-resistant alloy. The edge has precise tapering from grinding and polishing procedure. Slip-free handles made of molded, pebble-grained polypropylene. Dishwasher safe, but hand-washing is recommended. Made in Germany.
